Reason for seeking counselling
General demographic information
This information will help us assign you to the most suitable counsellor to meet your request and needs.
Note: We are currently not offering our services in Canada and US due to insurance restrictions.
Connections Counselling Perth welcomes all feedback regarding its service and continually seeks to improve its capacity to meet your needs. Official complaints are dealt with by the Managing Director and receive a prompt and fair hearing at all times.
